i feel pretty good today. i plan to bring Paralizer to class tomorrow. its the last-ish week of school, so all our grades are finalized, so all our classes are basically just hanging out. i got two of my friends to get into NEOTOKYO°, and i sent a request to one of the Rebuild developers for a Steam key. there's basically a guarantee that i'll get it (it's not like its a private beta... it's just still in development), so it's mostly just a matter of time. i plan to play NT° on Paralizer in class. that'll probably get some people interested in the game. it's still a pretty dead game. also, can you believe most of my classmates, and most students at my school in general, do not possess any electronics other than a phone? i guess i could see it, but it makes it hard to coordinate games... there was once a gaming club for all grades at my school, and it was mostly (almost entirely, like you couldn't take a seat on the floor in most areas because of all the kids sitting and watching) elementary kids moping around asking to play other kids' Smash Bros. battles. it was ridiculous how many kids signed up for the games thing and had literally nothing. no consoles, not even any controllers. it was kind of sad to me... i once brought Sangre to one of them and hooked it up to a TV and brought 2 controllers and fired up LittleBigPlanet and hoo boy i got a lot of battles over that other controller. but anyway, i got some chums to get into NT° and i hope to get a few more. i need at least one more to balance out gameplay, since the game only ever has exactly 2 teams, and currently it's either 1v2s or 1v1s, which is either unfair or boring for the sat-out contestant. but i digress. i have all of my games on there and it'll be a great time. i just need to figure out how to pack my keyboard and mouse... i want to get away from the whole controller thing. i abandoned that when i moved away from Sangre as a daily machine. i still kind of miss that. the KVM-switch thing was ridiculous, though, i have no idea how i thought i would switch between two desktops in one screen.
