i booted up my copy of Myst VR. i find that the game is much easier to play when you can look at it in depth and walk freely (as opposed to clicking between still images). i realized a pretty dumb overlooked thing (to see markers on the map you have to flip the marker switches. who'da thunkit?) and so i plan to boot up Slab Serif and implement the thing on that copy of the game. i found out the Rime expansion is something i only have on the VR edition, and not the Slab Serif copy of the original CD-ROM. i think Cyan is probably my second favorite game studio, right behind VALVe.

i suspect im getting sick. ive been sneezing a lot, and my throat is icky. more time to play Myst, i guess. im all about Myst tonight!
